Snowmelt (Duke Hyacinth's Sword)
This sword is carried by the Duke - or in his absence, the Crown Prince - of House Hyacinth. It is a pistol-grip epee approximately three feet in length, mostly silver with delicate purple tracery of Hyacinth flowers. It has a hit difficulty of 4, and does Dexterity+4L damage. Rolls to disarm an opponent are not subject to the usual +1 difficulty when using this sword (thus the disarm difficulty is 4).
Duke Hyacinth's Signet Ring
This ring is worn by the Duke - or in his absence, the Crown Prince - of House Hyacinth. It signifies status, and if shown to any noble the wearer's status is immediately conferred. It entitles the wearer to petition the King, Queen or ruling Council of Fairyland. Neither it, nor its impression in wax, can be forged.
