Desire (Duke Red Rose's Lance)
This lance is carried by the Duke - or in his absence, the Crown Prince - of House Red Rose. It is around eight feet in length, covered in gold and red tracery and Rose designs. It cannot miss any target of lesser rank than its wielder (roll to hit as normal for the purpose of determining extra successes that add to damage. However, if a lesser-ranked target would dodge or otherwise escape the blow, this does not happen). Attacks from horseback with this weapon cannot be parried. It deals damage of Strength+10L at difficulty 6. Upon sight of the lance raised, all allies of the wielder suffer no morale penalties in battle, and fleeing allies automatically rally.

Duke Red Rose's Signet Ring
This ring is worn by the Duke - or in his absence, the Crown Prince - of House Red Rose. It signifies status, and if shown to any noble the wearer's status is immediately conferred. It entitles the wearer to petition the King, Queen or ruling Council of Fairyland. Neither it, nor its impression in wax, can be forged.
